Jerome is an acknowledged management strategist with a broad range of experience that covers business and finance process outsourcing, establishing and optimising multi-cultural shared service centres and developing results focused multi-discipline leadership teams.
He has a proven ability to implement complex solutions whilst maintaining continuity of service through transition, transformation and stabilisation. Jerome has worked on successful long and short term global projects with clients in a broad range of industry sectors.

Within the staffing sector she has held roles that included Key Account Management, Team Management, Skills Training, and the development of full Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions.
